Neighbour permission

Who must grant it?

Keep 5 blocks away from foreign land. /claim show displays borders; /claim info there shows the owner.

To build closer as a player, the foreign owner runs /claim neighbor YOUR_NAME. For your guild land: /claim neighbor guild:YOUR_TAG.

If the foreign land belongs to a guild, its manager uses /claim guild neighbor YOUR_NAME or guild:YOUR_TAG.

Permission is one-way, grants no build rights and allows no overlap. To revoke it, put remove before the name.

No extra permission is needed between guild land (including roads) and its members personal claims.
