Frequently asked questions
When do I get my purchase?
Right after payment – usually within a minute, otherwise on your next login. Open cosmetics in the game with /cosmetics.
Where can I see the status of my order?
After paying you land on the status page. You also find the link in the confirmation email – and under “Order status” if you let this device remember your name.
How do I cancel my rank?
Any time for the end of the month: via the link in the confirmation email, under “Manage my subscription” or with “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page.
I play Bedrock (phone, console). Does that work?
Yes. Choose “Bedrock” when buying and enter your Xbox gamertag. It works best if you have joined the server once before.
