Give away guild land

A piece for a player

With the Claims right: set /claim corner1 and /claim corner2 entirely inside one guild claim, then /claim guild transfer Name.

Do not select roads. The recipient must be online and accept with /claim transfer accept, or reject with /claim transfer decline.

It becomes their personal claim and uses their budget; it frees guild budget. Rights on the gifted area are reset.

If budget is missing, choose a smaller piece or let the recipient free space first. The remaining land must stay connected; no transfer during combat.
